Group Exercise
Group exercise is when you train with others for fitness or as a form of physical recreation for fun. Group exercise can be a scalable full body strength training program to a more focused lower body to upper body that will optimize full range of movement and mobility. An example of the movements are common lifts like deadlifts, back squats and front squats to Olympic Weightlifting style lifts like the clean and jerk or the snatch.

Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength, size of skeletal muscles and maintenance of strength.
